(WINSTON-SALEM, NC) - The Green Bay Packers crushed Washington Saturday night. The victory was the sixth straight for the unbeaten Packers and the sixth consecutive defeat for the winless Redskins. Some 8,000 fans saw the Packers open a 34-0 lead before the Redskins scored on a 52-yard screen pass from M.C. Reynolds to Don Rossler midway.in the third quarter. Rossler's run was the first penetration by hapless Washington beyond the Packers' 43-yard line. Bart Starr, who alternated at quarterback with Lamar McHan, passed for three of his team's five touchdowns.
