(CLEVELAND) - Jim Taylor put on a one-man show as the Packers swamped the Browns, 49-17. Taylor scored four touchdowns on runs ranging from one to 45 yards, picked up 168 yards iri 21 tries and took a runaway lead over Jim Brown of Cleveland for the season's ground gaining laurels. The Packers scored on touchdown drives of 69, 68, 80 and 80 yards the first four times they had the ball and Cleveland's only score up to that time was Lou Groza's 27-yard field goal. Milt Plum hit Gern Nagler and Ray Renfro with scoring passes after that, but Green Bay made it a rout on a four-yard score by Taylor, a 48-yard pass from Bart Starr to Max McGee and a one-yard plunge by substitute quarterback John Roach. It was the biggest regular game score run up against the Browns since Pittsburgh beat them, 55-27, in 1954.
