(GREEN BAY) - Bart Starr turned a fumble into a 35-yard scoring pass to Boyd Dowler on the first play of the final quarter and the Packers rallied for a 31-20 victory over the Baltimore Colts. Held scoreless in the first half by an alert Baltimore defense, the Packers caught fire in the final two quarters and rolled. The Packers couldn't get started, while Johnny Unitas was having one of his good days, but Green Bay finally went ahead on a messed up line play that turned into a 35-yard scoring pass. The Packers, trailing 17-14, had third down and four on the Colt 35 as the fourth quarter opened. The ball was fumbled in the backfield on an intended end sweep and bounced around on the Colt 45. Starr found it and threw it to Boyd Dowler on the 25. He trotted over for the touchdown. Jim Taylor, who carried 16 times for 72 yards, sat out most of the second half for Green Bay with a right leg injury, although he returned to action at the end.
