(GREEN BAY) - The surprising Buccaneers defeated Green Bay for the first time in their 4-year history behind the running of Ricky Bell (15 carries for 97 yards) and rookie Jerry Eckwood (23 attempts for 99 yards). The undefeated Bucs tallied 235 yards rushing. Green Bay QB David Whitehurst completed 24 of 34 passes for 214 yards. The 24 completions was the second-best single game total in Packer history.
