(TAMPA BAY) - Doug Williams passed for two touchdowns and ran for another, and Ricky Bell ran for a Tampa Bay-record 167 yards, as the Bucs ended a two-game skid. Bell opened the scoring with a touchdown reception after Cedric Brown intercepted a David Whitehurst pass. Williams' touchdown plunge capped off an 82-yard drive in the second quarter. Jimmie Giles caught a touchdown pass with 1:56 left.
